Her exceptional care and personalized approach create an atmosphere of comfort and trust, making every patient feel valued and cared for during their dental visits. Due to her commitment to her profession and patients, she’s earned the role of Lead Hygienist at our practice!

Lisa's vast experience in both clinical and non-clinical roles within a dental office equips her with a profound understanding of every aspect of the practice. Best experience ever. I was accommodated into their schedule for my emergency even though I was a first time patient. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor explained everything thoroughly, he took his time, and made sure that I was comfortable. He and the staff are very empathetic and they aim to make you comfortable every step of the way. After years of avoiding dental work, I was excited to find a great new dentist. Dr. Jaafar Ali has not disappointed! Starting with the front desk staff, they were very personable during the initial consultation, and are always sweet and helpful on the phone and in person. Dr. Ali is easy to talk to, down to earth, gentle and caring, and available at all times to deal with off the clock concerns. Ashley has done multiple cleanings for me and I totally love and trust her too! I had 3 crowns put in, all of which needed root canals after the fact. So I spent A LOT of time in the office working through all of these steps. When I had pain, I was able to come in right away to rectify it. Dr. Ali and his staff were very quick to put me at ease. The office is beautiful and new, with TVs on the ceiling to provide full distraction! I never dread going to the dentist. I know I am in good hands, that I will have Nitrous Oxide to calm my anxiety, and I can get lost in a Netflix show of my choice while getting whatever done in my mouth, and I am never concerned or worried about it! I highly recommend Dr. Ali and his staff. I always tell everyone I know about my wonderful dentist!
