Comprehensive Dental Care Plan
No insurance? That doesn’t mean you can’t still get the dental care that you deserve. Consider taking part in the Dental Care East Hanover Comprehensive Dental Care Plan, which is designed to allow uninsured patients to get routine dental care with easy, low monthly payments.
There are no yearly maximums, deductibles, claim forms, pre-authorization requirements or pre-existing condition limitations or waiting periods. With the plan, there are also no out of pocket cost for exams, cleanings, and X-rays, plus members receive a discount on other treatments listed below.
Annual benefits of the plan include: (Value $837)
- Unlimited exams or emergency exams by doctors
- Two dental cleanings and fluoride treatments
- Annual digital x-rays
- Oral cancer screenings
- Discounts on dental treatment
Memebership Fees
- Adults 14+: $252 for 1 year (Save $585). $21 per month!
- Perio Plan: $399 for 1 year (Save $700). $33 per month!
- Kids 13 and under: $144 for 1 year (Save $693). $12 per month!
Program Guidelines
- No membership card is needed — your plan’s effective date is on file in our office.
- NON-REFUNDABLE. If the patient decides to not use the plan, we will not issue any refunds or premiums.
- Full annual fee is due at the time of enrollment.
- If the plan lapses, a $50 reactivation fee will be charged
- Benefit coverage is subject to annual review and change
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
Important Notes
Please note that this is not a dental insurance plan, it’s a discount plan, and cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For specialists’ referrals
- For services and injuries covered by workman’s compensation
- For any charges related to hospitals or hospitalizations
- For dental care costs covered under medical, automobile or any other claims
- For any procedure or treatment that lies in what the treating dentist/doctor believes is outside the realm of their capability
